Cetus Espoo ry – The biggest swimming club in Finland, was founded in 2005. The past years we have been also the most successful sports club in our own field – swimming sports. We offer compatible training conditions and coaching for athletes in competitive- and masters’ swimming, waterpolo and synchronized swimming. In addition for competitive sports we organize also various swimming courses and -teaching in Espoo. Approximately 25000 Espoo citizens attends in our activities every year.
Over 130 part-time or full-time employees work in Cetus at yearly level. Our vision is to be Finland’s most successful sports club in water environment. We also want to be the most joyful and high-class exerciser in Espoo.
We have decided to change the organizing of our competitive activities and due to that we are looking for a Head of coaching in competitive swimming, who also has supervisor’s responsibilities.
Among other operative tasks in the field of swimming, you will be responsible of developing the competitive swimming in Cetus in accordance with our strategy. You will act as a supervisor of our swimming coaches and account also for the competence development of Cetus’s employees. In addition, coaching in an extensive matter in Cetus will be one of your tasks. You will report about your work to our executive director. The occupation as such is new.

You have wide networks among swimming sports. You manage international connections smoothly also in English.
