Introduction to Artistic Swimming
This introductory class focuses on the basics and the techniques used in artistic swimming. Participants will also refine their swimming skills, work on routines and flexibility and play games and have fun as a group.
Starting level requirements
To participate on beginner syncronized swimming, the child is able to swim without stopping for at least 100 meters. The child has to be able to dive and it is essential that the child is comfortable in the water, as they will be practicing skills where the head is under water. A favorable age to start syncronized swimming is at the age of 7-11.
