Stroke Technique for Triathletes
In this class, you will learn the correct swimming technique for triathlon training. The focus is on swimming efficiency, navigation and swimming in a group. You will also swim sets designed to help you improve your speed in sprint, standard, half and full distance triathlons. This course is for triathletes and athletes interested in triathlons.
Starting level requirements
To participate, you are able to swim without stopping for at least 200 meters in the big pool. You have also mastered the basics of freestyle, including correct swimming position and breathing technique.
