Swimming as a hobby
Cetus also offers non-competitive alternatives for children who want to continue swimming. These include hobby swimming groups and after school clubs. Regular swimming helps a child or youth develop not just in the pool, but also socially and emotionally. Swimming is great aerobic exercise and strong swimmers are less at risk in an open water environment.
