The water's resistance makes it effective while buoyancy ensures it's gentle on the joints. Aqua Fitness doesn't include complicated moves or choreographies and it's easy to modify the exercises to suit your skill and fitness level. Aqua Fitness classes are offered in partnership with the city of Espoo. You can join a class by paying the pool entrance fee.
